Littlefield-Alanson Management Authority

LAMA Board

The Littlefield-Alanson Community Building is owned jointly by Littlefield Township and the Village of Alanson.  For purposes of operating, maintaining and equipping the building, the Township and Village have entered into an Inter-Local Agreement establishing the Littlefield-Alanson Management Authority (LAMA).  The Littlefield-Alanson Management Authority in turn leases the Community Building from the Village and the Township.

LAMA has a board comprised of two members; one appointed by the Village and the other appointed by the Township.  The LAMA Board is charged with developing an annual budget for the operation and maintenance of the Community Building.  The LAMA Board also provides services relative to the management of the building.
